4:00-5:00 p.m. –  Depression and the Older Adult – Diane McCrann, MSN, MA, RN

Come and learn more about how depression affects elders.  This is a problem that often goes unrecognized, not only by health professionals who treat aging patients, but by the older adults themselves.  Diane is a nurse practitioner who has lots of background  in treating depression and will share her insights on how FCNs can provide support and assistance to those suffering from depression.  She will provide lots of insight and resources for you to use in your practice.
